By accessing this website, creating an order, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using the site under supervision of a legal guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

CarProtect sells car care products, currently including the CarProtect Rat Repellent Spray. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.

• Products must be used strictly as directed on the label and product page. CarProtect is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or application contrary to directions.
• Results may vary depending on parking environment, rodent population and application consistency. The product helps discourage rats; no repellent can guarantee 100% prevention in every situation.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• MRP, discounts and offers may change without prior notice.
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

• An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation with an Order ID.
• We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or serviceability issues at your pincode. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
• For Cash on Delivery orders we may call to verify your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

• Online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in Maharashtra.
• For online payments, your order ships only after payment is confirmed. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.

We currently ship only within Maharashtra. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Full details, including charges and failed-delivery handling, are in our Shipping Policy.

Damaged or incorrect products are replaced free of charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery. Opened or used products are non-returnable for safety reasons. Complete terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarProtect's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damage alleged to result from rodent activity, provided the product was used as directed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All content on this website — the CarProtect name and logo, product photography, text, graphics and design — is the property of CarProtect and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
