Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within Maharashtra, India (pincodes 400xxx–445xxx). Orders with addresses outside Maharashtra cannot be processed at this time. We plan to expand across India soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

• Orders are processed and packed within 24–48 hours (business days).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• COD orders may receive a verification call before dispatch.

• Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Nashik, Nagpur: 2–3 business days.
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days.
• Remote areas: up to 7 business days depending on courier serviceability.
• Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes or courier disruptions — we'll keep you informed.

We ship through reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post, chosen based on the fastest option for your pincode.

• FREE shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.
• A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
• No hidden charges — the exact total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you'll receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS/email. You can also contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID for a live status update.

• Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times and will call you before each attempt.
• If delivery fails (wrong address, unreachable phone, repeated absence), the package returns to us. We'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or refund prepaid amounts minus courier costs.
• Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout to avoid failed deliveries.

• COD is available across our serviceable pincodes in Maharashtra.
• Pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers may not carry change.
• Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from the same address.
