We want you to shop with complete confidence. If something goes wrong with your order, here's exactly how we make it right.

1. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, leaking or dented, we will replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share a photo/video of the damaged product and the outer packaging via WhatsApp or email.
  • A replacement ships within 2 business days of verification — you don't need to return the damaged can unless our team requests it.

2. Wrong Product

If you received a different product or pack size than what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup of the unopened item and ship the correct product at no extra cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

3. Replacement Conditions

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, with the seal intact (except transit damage).
  • Photo/video proof of the issue is provided.
  • The order number is shared with our support team.

4. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are issued when:

  • We cancel your order (stock, serviceability or pricing issues).
  • A replacement is not possible for a damaged/wrong product.
  • A prepaid order could not be delivered and was returned to us.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used or partially used spray cans.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Issues reported after the 48-hour window.
  • Change of mind after the product has been opened.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Online payments (Razorpay): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days after we receive your account/UPI details.
  • You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated; banks may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect it.
